Creaksbox
A downloadable Adaptive Soundrack for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Creaksbox is a unique music player for the infinite adaptive soundtrack by Hidden Orchestra for the Amanita Design game 'Creaks'.
It will never sound exactly the same twice, and it has no fixed duration.
Variations are randomly chosen, with many different conditions and probabilities generating hundreds and thousands of variables, which creates a ‘living soundtrack’ that feels fresh every time you hear it.

Full screen PC version hung my computer, I think it was with my newer GPU (AMD RX6700) with at the time current drivers (this was a month or two ago) but windowed mode working great.
Is it possible to export as Midi file ?
Hello, I'm afraid there is no MIDI used in the project, all the sounds are real audio recordings of real musicians playing real instruments.

Hi, this looks so cool, I can't wait to try it.
I'm having some trouble running the Linux build though.
It hangs and consumes one CPU core. Needs to be `kill -9`'d.

Hello! I absolutely love Creaksbox, the music is beautiful and the way the app works is incredible.
I was just wondering is there a way to minimize the program on PC?
As I often have it playing in the background while working and it can get in the way as it takes up the whole screen. Also a track select would be great rather than skipping through but thats just a tiny detail.

Just ooooone little thing missing - volume slider! or maybe just a Lo/Hi toggle

Awesome! However, I am unable to open the PC rar-file, neither WinRAR or 7-zip appears to handle it, says its damaged. Loving Creaks btw, keep up the good work!

Thanks, I found the problem! It appears both 7-zip and WinRAR on my PC was a bit too old, maybe the archive uses some newer compression algorithm. After updating them, the RAR-archive could be opened by both 7-zip and WinRAR. The itch.io app worked fine as well.
Now im off to listen to the "epic" version of the soundtrack, brb :)
